Hillier Ignite Honoring ORPHANetwork for Youth Work in the Beacon in the Virginian Pilot

ORPHANetwork’s Ignite Youth Award was honored in the Beacon in the Virginian Pilot. Accompanying the story is a picture of Luke presenting the award with his fiancee Stephanie Ballard to ORPHANetwork Board Chairman Ted Wille.
